How does AfterPay and LayBuy work?
AfterPay and LayBuy let you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over equal scheduled payments, interest-free. Afterpay will be an available payment option at checkout if your IP is detected by geo-location to be in Australia. Lay-Buy will be an available option at checkout if your IP is detected by geo-location to be in New Zealand.
Do you offer refunds?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund provided it is within 30 calendar days. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging, it was received in. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for the return. How do I change or fix my shipping address?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. There is a small window before dispatch to change or correct the address of your order. Please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an address change.
